Pole for both races, 1st both races, fastest lap both races, leading championship by 12 points, perfect weekend. The only driver this year to win the Milers Oils award twice.

Thruxton race weekend 28/29th May

Race engine back and seemed good, won both races by a good distance and awarded Miller Oils Starr of the Weekend award. Now 2nd in the championship, 19 points off the lead.

Thruxton testing on the 18th with Elite for an exclusive test day, made some more progress. Had to use Ginetta loan engine as our race engine was still being repaired, but we were very quick especially on old rubber. Looking forward to the race weekend.

Data analysis pointed to an engine issue after Silverstone so engine removed and sent to Ginetta, hopefully back refreshed for Thruxton

Feeling good for Silverstone, Friday testing was fast but a slight straight line speed issue was noted. Despite the best efforts of Elite the problem gradually got worse over the weekend.
